- On disks there should be no deep grooves (appeared as a result of influence of a dirt or strongly worn out pads). Otherwise these grooves deeply врежутся in new brake pads that will essentially reduce term of their service and, besides, will lower brake influence.
- The brake disks damaged by furrows can be processed on a lathe, in a case if they not истончились as a result of long service life till the minimum size (look the table below).
- It is necessary to replace too thin disks in pairs.
- The bluish shade of brake disks has no value.
