The viewing aperture for the control of a thickness of overlays of the back drum-type brake mechanism is located in a guard of the drum-type brake mechanism in front in a movement direction. At the removed cover are visible brake колодка (1) with the frictional brake overlay pasted on it (2). Also the brake drum (3) is visible. |
As active колодка wears out faster back passive, it is necessary to measure a thickness on a lobby колодке.

- To lift the car behind.
- To remove a plastic cap on an inside of a corresponding wheel in front on a guard of the drum-type brake mechanism.
- To light a pocket small lamp in a viewing aperture, to establish a thickness pads.
- Deterioration pads is admissible to 2,5 mm of a residual thickness – without a thickness of the carrier. Otherwise they are necessary for changing.
