Designations of tyres

According to the international agreements the size of tyres is underlined in millimetres or, as in our case, смешанно in millimetres and inches. Designations 195/65 R 15 91 T or 205/65 R 15 91 V speak about the following:

195 or 205: width of tyres in not loaded condition in mm.

65: a parity of height of tyres to their width = 65:100. Standard radial tyre covers which in such kind are not used any more for Audi 80, had a height/width parity 80:100.
R: a designation of a design of tyres as radial.
15: internal diameter of the tyre in inches (ґґ).
91: bearing ability
Q: admissible maximum speed to 160 km/h – a high-speed class for usual tyres MS (all-weather tyres – it is literally: for a dirt and snow).
S: to 180 km/h
T: to 190 km/h – including. High-speed all-weather (MS) tyres.
