The screen wiper engine

The screen wiper engine receives a food at the included ignition through the unloading relay of H-contact and a safety lock (head body electrosystem). Plugs of wires on the screen wiper engine have thus following value:

  • The plug 53 submits a food for the first speed of work of a cleaner.
  • The plug 53а submits a food for installation of brushes of a screen wiper in a starting position. It means that a food arrives to the engine until the engine will not return to a starting position.
  • The plug 53b submits a food for the second speed of work of a cleaner.
  • Through the plug 31b the screen wiper engine is braked at returning of brushes in an initial position after screen wiper switching-off that brushes on left for an initial position.

 The help: at the included ignition of a brush of a screen wiper should not be blocked outside of their starting position, for example, a thick snow layer or ice. After all the plug 53а in this case constantly is energised. But as the screen wiper engine cannot rotate because of the blocked brushes after certain time it simply fuses. In a similar case it is necessary to eliminate necessarily an obstacle that brushes could move.
