Trosovyj drive of "gas"

The connecting cable between a pedal of an accelerator and injection system is very sensitive to a longitudinal bend. At works in a motor compartment you should watch that the disconnected cable has not been broken"with small radius therefore on it there can be damages.

Replacement тросового "a gas" drive

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On the end тросового a drive to remove fixing скобы and in a point of fastening of a cover тросового a drive tip protection.
  2. To remove in salon of the car a cover at the left under the panel of devices (the head about salon).
  3. To extend eyes тросового a drive from a fixing tip on the lever of a pedal of an accelerator.
  4. To squeeze out a rubber tip from a partition between a motor compartment and car salon.
  5. To extend тросовый "a gas" drive.
  6. At installation of a rubber tip of a new rope of "gas" to watch that the cable was not bent.

At the left: in a bulk branch pipe of a cooling liquid on an engine left-hand side there is a gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of system of injection Mono-Motronic (1), and also the gauge of the indicator of temperature of a cooling liquid with the switch for the indicator (2).

On the right: around тросового a drive; figures designate:

1 and 2 – fixing скобы;
3 – tip protection;
4 – the tip of a regulator of position throttle заслонки;
5 – an emphasis throttle заслонки with the switch of a signal of idling.

Adjustment тросового a drive

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Completely to squeeze out an accelerator pedal.
  2. To squeeze out the lever throttle заслонки in position of full "gas".
  3. To insert штекерный a safety lock into corresponding dredging of a cover тросового a drive at a countersupport.
  4. At the lever throttle заслонки at completely squeezed out pedal of an accelerator the backlash should make a maximum of 1 mm.
