Check of a regulator of position throttle заслонки

Following paragraphs describe a procedure for test of components of system of injection which can be spent in house conditions.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect the tip of a regulator of position throttle заслонки.
  2. To bring to connecting contacts позиционера the maximum pressure 6 In; a positive pole from above.
  3. At the 4-polar tip it is contacts 1 and 2 (both top).
  4. At the 6-polar tip it is contacts 1 and 6 (above and below).
  5. The necessary pressure it is possible to receive from 4,5-voltnoj batteries or 6-voltnogo a range charger devices.
  6. To replace a pole of a connecting wire (negative contact at the top contact pin).
  7. The pusher should be put forward completely.
  8. If all occurs how is described, means, the regulator of position throttle заслонки is perfectly in order. If is not present, it is necessary to replace it.
  9. In addition you can spend resistance measurements.
  10. Resistance of a winding of the auxiliary engine between already named connections 3–200 Ohm.

Check of action of the switch of a signal of idling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove the tip from a regulator of position throttle заслонки.
  2. To connect an ohmmeter to contacts of the switch of a signal of idling.
  3. At the 4-polar tip it is contacts 3 and 4 (both bottom).
  4. At the 6-polar tip it is contacts 4 and 5 (to look down).

 The help: after replacement of a regulator throttle заслонки it is necessary to adjust the switch of a signal of idling is a work for a workshop.

Check of a potentiometer throttle заслонки

On the block of preparation of a gas mixture, in a direction on a car course, there is a regulator of position throttle заслонки (1) with the connecting tip (2).

At the left: check of a potentiometer throttle заслонки: you should receive what indicators of resistance on the plugs of a potentiometer designated here, you can see in the table.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect the tip of a potentiometer throttle заслонки.
  2. To connect an ohmmeter according to the table to two of four plug contacts.
  3. If the specified sizes are not reached, means, the potentiometer throttle заслонки is faulty. Unfortunately, it is impossible to replace only it. All bottom part of the block of preparation of a gas mixture varies always.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check at the working engine: the oil temperature should make at least 60С that there correspond 10 mines of movement after start of the cold engine.
  2. To remove an air inlet branch pipe.
  3. To get the engine, to leave to work on single turns.
  4. To watch a stream of injected fuel. It should be uniform and directed on throttle заслонку.
  5. To muffle the engine, to check up tightness of the valve.
  6. At the switched off engine should act no more than two drops in a minute.
  7. The further checks to you will need to be spent, if the engine is not got.
  8. To check up safety locks 13 and 27.
  9. To remove the air filter and an air inlet branch pipe.
  10. The assistant should turn the engine a starter.
  11. The vprysknaja atomizer should inject fuel considerably.
  12. If it does not occur, to disconnect the brown tip above on the block of preparation of a gas mixture.
  13. To connect an ohmmeter to both average connecting contacts (on the block of preparation of a gas mixture).
  14. At an ambient temperature between 15 and 30С the ohmmeter should show 1,2—1,6 Ohm, the atomizer otherwise is faulty. To turn away the screw with звездчатой a head and to replace an atomizer.
  15. To check up power supplies впрыскной atomizers if it does not work despite true indicators of resistance.
  16. To connect the light-emitting diode voltmeter, without applying other device, to both average contacts in the removed tip.
  17. To include a starter: light-emitting diodes should замерцать, otherwise there is a breakage of conducting or malfunction of the block of management.

Check of a stopping delivery of fuel in a mode of compulsory idling (at movement накатом)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove the air filter or an air inlet branch pipe.
  2. To get the engine, quickly to finish frequency of rotation to 3000 rpm, and then sharply to close throttle заслонку.

Check of gauges of temperature

On this diagramme you see indicators of the gauge of temperature of arriving air near to впрыскной an atomizer and also the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid in a branch pipe at the left at the engine. The illustration shows size of resistance of the gauge depending on temperature.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The gauge of temperature of arriving air: to disconnect the brown tip from above on the block of preparation of a gas mixture.
  2. To connect an ohmmeter to both external plug contacts.
  3. The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid: to disconnect the tip on the gauge (dark blue) in a bulk branch pipe of a cooling liquid.
  4. To connect to plug contacts of the gauge an ohmmeter.
  5. Both gauges: to remove resistance indicators.
  6. Under the diagramme you can check up, whether there are indicators of resistance of gauges, and also temperature of air and охладающей liquids at the moment of measurement within an admissible range.
  7. If it so, means, gauges are perfectly in order.

Check of pressure of giving of fuel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Pressure of giving of fuel can be precisely checked only the measuring device applied in a workshop.
  2. At suspicion on incorrect pressure of giving of fuel to disassemble a pressure regulator: to turn away 4 bolts with звездчатой a head.
  3. To check up, whether the membrane is damaged and whether there are no polluting adjournment.
