Removal and installation of a mechanical transmission (КП)

Removal of a mechanical transmission. Behind КП it is suspended only on one traverse (marksman) which is necessary for removing completely.

Front-wheel models

The car is necessary for lifting and fixing so that you could work both in a motor compartment, and under the car bottom. КП acts in film in a direction downwards.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove a wire of connection with "weight" of the accumulator.
  2. To remove three top bolts, connecting the engine and КП.
  3. To turn off a wire connecting to a body — "weight" КП.
  4. To remove the tip of the gauge of turns on КП; for this purpose to wring out tip clips. The same to repeat with the tip to the switch of headlights of a backing.
  5. To weaken conducting bandages, to separate plug connection to a ljambda-probe.
  6. To disconnect the bottom panel of a motor compartment (the head body Elements).
  7. To disconnect a forward exhaust pipe from a collector, and also каталитический neutralizer from the middle (basic) muffler. To remove a corresponding part of the muffler.
  8. To remove back to a traverse.
  9. To remove a rod of a plug of gear change КП.
  10. To disconnect from КП system cables procon-ten.
  11. To remove protective sheet of a leading semiaxis.
  12. To remove leading semiaxes on the right and to the left of КП, to turn away hinges in a direction to the left (holding thus the ends of shaft) and to tie up both leaders of a semiaxis.
  13. To remove the working cylinder of a hydraulic drive of coupling; the pipeline can remain connected.
  14. To prop up the top end the helmsman сошки.
  15. To protect the engine supports from overturning forward or back.
  16. To bring from below under КП a garage jack.
  17. To remove КП and a forward support of the engine.
  18. To turn out the bottom bolts connecting the engine and КП.
  19. Cautiously to wring out КП from the engine by means of mount.
  20. Now on a jack cautiously to lower КП.
  21. For installation to clear шлицевое connection of primary shaft КП and to grease with paste MoS2 or консистентной greasing V.A.G. G 000 100.
  22. To check, whether for centering КП directing plugs have entered into the block of cylinders of the engine.
  23. To check up and if necessary to adjust a gear change at established КП.
  24. Models with the 6-cylinder engine: to bring картер КП at the left above at an angle 30 , palpation on an exhaust pipe differently is possible.
