Removal of components

Removal впрыскных atomizers

It is not necessary for many components of system of injection of any additional descriptions on dismantle. There, where explanations are necessary, you will read them in following sections.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove the top part of an inlet collector.
  2. To turn off fixture впрыскных atomizers.
  3. Flat-nose pliers to extend an atomizer together with a nozzle.
  4. Топливопровод remains connected that the dirt has not got to an atomizer.
  5. At installation it is necessary to moisten with gasoline rubber sealing rings of an atomizer, and also loose leaves to achieve easy installation on a sealing surface.
  6. If the atomizer is put on «насухую», there is a danger that the rubber ring will be flattened and there will be no appropriate consolidation. It will be expressed in failures in behaviour of the engine because of hit of not considered air, for example in rough work in an idling mode.
  7. It is necessary to replace the damaged or cracked sealing rings necessarily.
  8. To tighten bolts of fastening of atomizers the moment 10 Nm.

Removal of a sleeve of an air inlet

The thick sleeve between the proof-reader of structure of a gas mixture and the case of throttle knot is necessary for removing, at least partially, during various works on repair of system of injection:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To weaken collars on the proof-reader of structure of a gas mixture and the case of throttle knot.
  2. To weaken collars of other hoses of an air line on an air inlet sleeve. From them it is possible to name: a hose to the operating valve of stabilisation of frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine in an idling mode, to the air channel впрыскных atomizers, etc.
  3. To remove air line hoses.
  4. To remove the valve of system of evaporation of fuel.
  5. To remove an air inlet sleeve.
  6. At installation to insert a grid over the proof-reader of structure of a gas mixture camber upwards. To Pay attention to a mark «oben» (top).

Removal of the top part of an inlet collector

At the left: removal of a sleeve of an air inlet. Arrows specify in details which should be removed or turned off.

On the right: тросовый the drive of "gas" (3) is fixed on the lever throttle заслонки (5) by means of two fixing скоб (1 and 2). Regulation тросового a gas drive is made by means of the adjusting plug of a tip of a cable (4).


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove an air inlet sleeve.
  2. To disconnect a cable of a drive of "gas" and to take out it from a countersupport.
  3. To remove the tip of the gauge of angular moving throttle заслонки.
  4. To remove air line hoses.
  5. To weaken internal фланцевые fixing bolts and to remove an inlet collector.
  6. At installation it is obligatory to use new фланцевые sealing linings.
  7. To tighten фланцевые fixing bolts in two calling to final size 20 Nm.
