The internal combustion engine reaches the maximum capacity at certain frequency of rotation – so-called nominal frequency of rotation. The set большего number of turns does not give a prize on capacity. He can be of use good service unless for switching on following, higher transfer.

It is quite possible to name our engines steady against the raised frequency of rotation.
