For what hydraulic pushers are necessary?

Because of heating of the engine components of a drive of valves are extended. Search of a faulty hydraulic pusher

  1. To start the engine and to leave to work until the electric fan of system of cooling will not earn for the first time.
  2. To increase frequency of rotation approximately to 2500 rpm on two minutes.
  3. If knock of valves does not stop, to stop the engine and to uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
  4. The first cylinder to establish on ВМТ the ignition moment.
  5. Both тарельчатых a pusher near the first cylinder to press down downwards a wooden wedge. If the pusher moves more than on 0,1 mm, it is necessary to replace it (as pushers cannot be repaired).
  6. To repeat this procedure with other cylinders. For this purpose to expose the corresponding cylinder in position ВМТ. ВМТ it is exposed in the event that on the controllable cylinder camshaft cams in regular intervals show upwards.

Replacement of a hydraulic pusher

  1. To remove a camshaft.
  2. To extend old тарельчатый a pusher.
